I set up my blog to dip a toe in the water and get to know WordPress. So I have been tinkering around and adding posts quite happily, without giving a thought to audience or readership. But increasingly I have begun to wonder what I might do to allow others to experience the tedium, frustration and boredom that is reading someone else’s aimless writing.

Today I discovered a blog which is sophisticated and rich in content, and clearly the work of a seasoned blogger. It’s a Web Development Blog by Chinese-Canadian Jon Lee. He too uses WordPress but his site is heavily customised and has many useful widgets.

The thing which sets hs site apart is that his web development blog is serious, useful, focussed and interesting to other people. Hmm …
